Brandyn Cross releases the second book in The Legacy Series

The book reveals the terrible secrets that abused children hide from the world.

Los Angeles, CA: Brandyn Cross, accomplished TV filmmaker, actor and writer, and award-winning singer/songwriter, releases the second volume in the Legacy Series, “The Legacy Series: Book Two,” on May 12th, 2020. Based on real events, writings, and correspondences. Book 2 continues to tell Brandyn’s story, a story of hope and true friendship that has the power to change lives.

It is the early days of the Internet. Brandyn (Brandy) Harris is a terminally ill young boy who also endures a life of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. In desperation, he covertly builds a private virtual world outside the knowledge of his strict and abusive parents. There he finds solace in the messages he exchanges with a close group of virtual teen friends.

The Story Continues

THE LEGACY SERIES is written in the message board format specific to the infant days of the Internet. THE LEGACY SERIES: BOOK TWO adopts a more serious tone amid growing tension and conflict. Brandy and his friends begin opening up about the dark and terrible secrets they’ve been hiding not only from each other but from the world at large. Their commitment to one another intensifies as it becomes clear that, for each and every one of them, the stakes are no less than life and death.

Brandyn Cross was born a high functioning autistic with a love of music, books, and film. Still, he didn’t begin exploring his creative gifts until a severe industrial accident left him a wheelchair-bound amputee. Determined to show the world that even severe obstacles can be overcome, he began studying and honing his craft, until ultimately turning his ambitions into a professional reality.

The Legacy Series: Book Two” is available in paperback on May 12th and for pre-order in digital version on Amazon and all other major retailers and bookstores.
